RE: I forgot to include in the last post that the incentive for the victim is that they get to keep 11% of the cash, but you end up losing in the end when you owe the back all the cash you wired out to the crook.
This is a scam. If you tell them you want the job, you will receive money orders or cashier’s checks in the mail made out to you. They want you to think that these are payments from their customers, and they need you to cash them at your bank. At a glance these look very real, but they are not, they are counterfeit–which I had to find out the hard way. The cashier at the bank will most likely not catch it and it will clear the initial verification. Once you have the cash, you will be instructed to wire it via Western Union to a picker. A week goes by, and the bank calls demanding the cash be returned. The bank did it’s final computer research on the money orders or cashier’s check and discovered that they were counterfeit. Unfortunately, you already wired the cash, and now you are a victim of fraud.
P.S. Ocean Sky International is a real-foreign company (www.oceanskyintl.com). However, Ocean Sky could not verify that the person who posted the job is employed by them.

I was hired by the same company. I guess they ask you to wire money orders to a third party for them and you get 11% of the amount. I wanted to check it out to find more info on it and the first thing to come up was this blog about how it is a scam. Now i have these money orders that were sent to me with no name on the ret urn address and the guy i was talking to/emialing isnt returning my emails or answering the number he once called me from. This has to be a scam and I plan on shredding these money orders. Dont fall for this.

These folks just don’t measure up. they promise, make excuses and don’t deliver the goods. I told them where to put there job
I emailed ocean sky and asked them about this posting. they responded with an immediate answer which seems satisfactory to date. jury is still out, but I am not yet convinced it is a scam.

Yes I was just looking at this ad and decided to Look up Ocean Sky textiles and this is what came up.
It really does seem too good to be true. How do you know for sure?
I too, have smelled a rat. Company is legit, but it appears some person or persons are using it as a vehicle. They have not made any efforts to get information from me other than that which is on my resume, but as the others have mentioned, it seems too good to be true.
