We are working on an exclusive retained assignment to find a Regional Finance Director to be based in Washington DC for a major financial services organisation. The remit requires a technically strong finance professional – someone that possesses the necessary commercial acumen to help direct, control and administer the financial activities of the US business.

The Role

You will work closely with the senior management team across the USA & Canada region providing a financial overview of the business and highlighting key opportunities for growth. You will be heavily involved in assessing proposals requiring significant financial spend with key suppliers and customers whilst ensuring maximum value is being captured. Clearly all financial controls will need to be in place and working correctly. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead a lean finance department that produces maximum efficiencies.
