U.S. Multipack Courier Inc. – usmultipackcourier.com

Job Seekers need to be vigilant about job offers such as Shipping Assistant, Personal Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, etc.. A job seeker share her story below:

As with the other 4 posted complaints I was a victim of internet identity theft. In mid-April I was contacted by an “so-called employment recruiter” to please send a resume if I was interested in being a shipping assistant from home.

I submitted my resume and received a phone interview from “Robert”. Then in a few days got an email from Anne Novack “Recruiting Dept.” with a contract, I9 and W4 which I filled out and faxed to them.

The next week I got an Email from Celina Kaminski line manager of remote operations department which included detailed guides on how to preform my duties and that she would be my primary contact.

About 2 weeks later I received a shipment of expensive audio equipment shipped to my name as the purchaser. That alarmed me and I called the company that shipped it and learned it was bought with a Master Card in my name (I don’t have any credit cards). I reported to them this was fraud and identity theft and they emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return the shipment.

I tried to contact Celina both by email and phone. No email response and answering machine on the phone. After which the log in to their employee website stopped working. Now the company website is down.

American Financial Freedom [Stolen]

Consumers are complaining that they have been receiving calls regarding payday loan offers. The callers are requesting that they wire money via western union.

I received a telephone call for a personal loan of $2,500 from Oliver Mendez concerning the personal loan and an email from Carlos Rivera confirming that I had been approved and that I needed to western union $139.00 in cash in order for the funds to be released within 12 hours which was midnight yesterday. I have been checking my account and no have been deposited and when trying to reach them by telephone, business or cell which were provided, I am getting a busy signal. These numbers are Bus. 206-203-5637 and cell 425-606-3272. I shall be glad for any assistance which you can offer.

Hello,

We noticed your company’s site is listed on http://www.complaintsboard.com

If you haven’t seen it already, I included a link below.

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/scamfraudalert-c235183.html

You may know who this complaint is from. Unfortunately, whether the complaint is justified or not, a listing on a powerful website like www.complaintsboard.com is eventually going to show up on the front page of Google when searching for your company name, or your personal name, and can be devastating to your business. In some industries, up to 70% of potential customers do an internet search on a company before deciding whether or not to purchase. Because most companies have very few positive reviews on external websites, a complaint can unfairly give people a bad impression of your company, and cost you tens of thousands of dollars in sales.

Our competitors will offer to remove this complaint, but when questioned, what they really mean is that they will try to hide the complaint, or move it down Google’s rankings over a period of months, so that less people see it. The complaint will still exist. We, on the other hand, erase the complaint completely. It is our guarantee, and you don’t pay us until the complaint is gone from complaintsboard.com and the search engine. This process usually takes 1-2 days. Our organization has been in business for over three years and we have helped hundreds of clients protect their business from complaints. Prices are likely less than you think.

If you have any questions, you can contact us at 1.877.414.2272, or just reply to this e-mail.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Lisa Martin MBA

I applied for a position via Career Network and received the response below. When I followed their instructions, I could only access questions of use to University of Phoenix in student recruitment. After providing much information, you reach a point where you can go no further (supposedly to get the job information) without checking a box that allows U. of Phoenix to contact you. I sent an email inquiry about this to “Jill Martin” at Career Network and received no response.

Following is Career Network’s email to me:

Your recent application for the XXXXX position with Best Jobs Ever has been reviewed by our Human Resources Department. Upon reviewing your application it was determined that you meet the initial requirements mandated for this position. I would be pleased to recommend you as a potential candidate for this position.

If you still wish to be considered for this position you may visit the website at the following address:

When you view the opening page of the application you will see a prompt to login. The following username and password may be used to login:

Please take a moment to verify any information that we currently have on record. You may be asked to supply additional information that will be used to help speed along the final hiring process. After our Human Resources Department has received the final completed application you will be contacted to schedule a personal interview.

Daily Income Career Network – www.getpaideachday.ws

I was searching for a job and came across a link that led to a website titled Daily Income Career Network. I already believed this was a scam from the very start because most jobs that involve working from home do not offer a lot of pay. I gave the necessary information: Name, Email, and Phone Number and watched the video provided on the site.

The individual explaining how the program work had given off red flags about what this program is intended to do. Most importantly, he indicates that you are suppose to provide credit card information. He also stressed that any potential employees should be honest about the credit card information as well as repeatedly stating that this job is not a scam. After watching the entire video, I decided to do some research and came across several other sites that seem to confirm my suspicions, particularly Scamdex and Work-at-home-forum.

Scamdex is a blog that has already described how the scam works and work-at-home-forum provided information through an exchange of some of the people who were concerned about anything affilated with free cash machine.

From the information that I have gathered from other sites, this data entry job does seem like a scam, you will not see any money from this because it will go directly to the individual or people who are in charge of this pyramid scheme. I am desperately seeking a job at the moment and feel that anyone out there who is looking to make money should avoid this.

Stay away from this scam and keep looking, there are honest jobs available that will pay you more than the nothing that you will get from this. The advertisement for this job was originally discovered on CNNmoney.com.

There are multiple advertisements on craiglist as well so job search carefully
