medical Careers Online,Maintenance Worker, Medical and Fitness Trainer, Medical Billing and Coding to name a few paying thousands more than the average pay rate.

In short, Alec Difrawi is a Career Education Sales Marketer, a Model Talent Search marketer and a business franchises marketer. These are his core online businesses along with his family assets of construction and real estates holdings associated with Expand Incorporated a minority contractor for the Department of Defense.

Mr. Difrawi his related companies, his and related websites must tell job seekers on each page of each website what it is he advertising. That the job they are applying for is an opportunity for career college higher education training.

I applied for a position via Career Network and received the response below. When I followed their instructions, I could only access questions of use to University of Phoenix in student recruitment. After providing much information, you reach a point where you can go no further (supposedly to get the job information) without checking a box that allows U. of Phoenix to contact you. The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions is warning consumers to verify the license of any lending professional they are considering doing business with.

PDL Ventures LLC is a company that provides short-term loans (“payday loans”) to consumers via the internet.

PDL Ventures LLC may be doing business on the internet as PDL Loan Center, SpotOn Payday Loans, and Extra Funds Payday Loans.

The companies are engaged in lending money short-term to consumers who pay back the loans by authorizing repayment from their checking accounts on specific dates, typically on the next payday.

PDL Ventures LLC also operates a payday loan collections system via the internet.

PDL Ventures LLC may make debits from consumers’ bank accounts for a longer time and for larger amounts than necessary to repay the loan.

The company is not licensed by the Washington State of Department of Financial Institutions. The company is not registered to do business in Washington by either the Department of Revenue or the Washington Secretary of State.

It appears that PDL Ventures LLC is a wholly-owned division of the Rocky Boy tribe of Montana, a federally-recognized Indian Tribe. As a result, PDL Ventures LLC may not be subject to the Department of Financial Institutions’ jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint involving PDL Ventures LLC, you will need to deal directly with the company to resolve any disputes.

The Department of Financial Institutions strongly recommends consumers only deal with those payday loan companies that are properly licensed by the Department of Financial Institutions to conduct such business.

I too fell victim to believing I could make money helping to post ads for Google. I’m an internet-savvy person, I am a PhD candidate in Cognitive Science, and yet I failed to do enough research before clicking accept. I was under the impression I would pay $1.95 to receive a kit in the mail on how to post the ads.

As soon as I received my confirmation email I realized I had been scammed. I knew this because I couldn’t find any evidence of this being associated with Google. The reason I actually believed that this might be possible was because I read an article from a reputable paper that actually made it sound like it was real (currently trying to relocate that article). Once I was privy to the company’s actual name I was able to do a better search online (this was in early November before it had spread like wild fire). I instantly found confirmation that I had been “had.”

I sent them an email immediately requesting that my account be cancelled. I did not receive a response. Then about 8 days later I received a phone call from some guy in Utah. I told him that I realized I had signed up for a scam and that I had no interest in being involved. The guy went off on me about how “everyone thinks this is a scam! what’s the deal? Gold’s Gym is a scam! I was given a free month to the gym and then they started charging me the following months.” HE’S telling ME this. I argued with him telling him that I was not interested and that I wanted all my information removed from their system. The guy was being so rude that I put the phone on speakerphone because I didn’t think anyone would believe me if they didn’t hear it too.

What followed was the most absurd thing I have ever heard come from a customer service person’s mouth. I am certain he is trained to do this as an attempt to tether their victims and pull them back then. What I heard him say with his mouth not directly on the phone was, ‘Yeah, she sounds cute.” I said, “excuse me??” and his response was, “Oh, my colleague just asked me if you sounded pretty.” That’s when I said I was going to hang up. As I hung up I could hear him yelling something into the receiver.” I was in disbelief. My sister, who was in the room listening, was absolutely shocked. Our jaws fell open.

After more research, I discovered a few more sketchy things:

– they aren’t selling you a “kit” to get you started. They are selling you some bs “manual” about how to generate business through keywords related to things you like.

– THREE days after idiotically signing up, they charge you $29.95 AND $59.95.

I could only see the $1.95 charge on my credit card, so I rushed to the phone to try to ensure I didn’t have to deal with those other charges getting posted to my account. The woman I spoke with informed me that I had already been charged both amounts, on the 21st of November (this all happened on the 17th). This was also several days prior to the guy even contacting me via telephone.

The first offer, after refusing to accept those charges and after her talking to her “manager”, was that they would return 50% of the money. I calmly said that was absolutely not going to happen. Then I mentioned that I had proof I had sent them an email 27 minutes after receiving the original confirmation email on the 17th. I was put on hold once more (though only for a short while) before they agreed to refund me for all the charges, except for the $1.95.

Be persistent, be polite, and be clear that you are not going to allow the charges to stay. If all goes well, $1.95 is all you will have to pay, which is what we all stupidly agreed to do

Complaints Board posted a false complaint on 9-28-2010 about an invented product that I do not sell and used my unique company name along with a state location (Nevada) where my company is not located.

Google picked up my company name within hours of the posting and ranked this invented complaint #6 out of 4,180 results. Google ranks Rip Off Reports and Complaints Board pages even higher than my Google Blogspot blog. Curiously I received an email this morning 9-29-2010 from a Reactive Online Reputation Management company offering to remove this complaint. The email reads:

I had purchased 3 urns for $289.00… It was nothing like the actual picture… The picture looks like the the tops are bronzed like almost faxed and smooth… Just beautiful was real excited to get them in…What I got was 3 pieces of ceramic that looks as if someone took them in the back alley and spray painted them and forgot to dust them off. I had to put them on top of my kitchen cabinets up far so you could not see all the imperfections and just the poor quality…I was very disappointed… Well one day I had went to the furniture show where they sell wholesale and I actually went into a show room that sells the same exact stuff and found out that’s where they order alot of there stuff and all of it was junk… I was amazed this company stays in business. I give them an A plus on the website because everything looks so beautiful but they obviously photo shop those pictures… On top of that the whole sale price was 90 dollars and they sell it for 289.00 that is such a ripoff…

Anyways be careful what you buy because honestly the quality is very poor…

THIS FRAUDULENT AND LIBELOUS ACTION IS EXTORTION PURE AND SIMPLE.

I have looked at both Rip Off Report and Complaints Board HTML code. There is no reason that the web site HTML Meta Tags and lack of supporting text would propel these two sites to the top 10 Google search results within hours or even at all. My company has received repeated emails and phone calls that have attempted to extort payment for complaint removal services.

MY QUESTIONS:
1. Does Google give ranking preference to these extortionists?
2. Does Google have a special relationship with these complaint web sites?
3. Google has the ability to remove these web sites from their search results. Why has Google not done so?
4. Is there a Google contact email address?

All replies would be greatly appreciated as it is impossible to find Google contact information anywhere on the Google site. It is impossible to report abuse to Google if Google doesn’t provide Google contact information for these serious matters.
