According to the BBB:

BBB’s business review for Trulia was created in October 2007. The most recent review of complaints was done in August 2013. Recent complaints from real estate agents state they purchase advertising and are told they will be listed exclusively based on the parameters they selected, and then find that they show up next to other realtors. Many real estate agents state that they sign up for service based on the representations of a sales person and find that they are dissatisfied with the service and are not told that they will be automatically renewed and billed for service.
