To our disbelief, these are the same group of individuals disseminating FALSE information about Ripoffreport.com – See Youtube Video and with whom Ripoffreport.com have had several lawsuits and court ordered judgments against. We have common enemies ED base on our mission as consumer advocates.
We are referring to the owner(s)/operator(s) of the sites below with whom ED Megadson has allowed to post whatever they choose about scamFRAUDalert which Mr. Megadson had denied posting such garbage in the past. Reason for ED change of heart, SFA refusal to retract Google DMCA replied response.
ED Magedson runs his website http://ripoffreport.com based on biases and enemy list. scamFRAUDalert were never an enemy of Mr. Magedson until we responded to ED DMCA Notice to Google.com. It is our belief that ED Megadson is a wacko eccentric individual.

Ripoffreport now include in most subject lines and subject titles” the words “scam” or “fraud.” Not every consumer GRIPE is a FRAUD Mr. Magedson. You need to STOP categorizing consumer complaints as FRAUD.

Some complainants report that when they contact the company regarding the removal of the reports, the business may inform the complainant that they must pay a fee (usually $2,000), to have the report removed and/or arbitrated.
Some complainants state that their personal information, such as an address or a phone number, may be listed in the report. Additionally, some complainants allege an overall difficulty reaching the company when problems arise. At this time, a representative from Ripoff Report has indicated to BBB that the company will not work to resolve customer disputes through BBB.

I am a Investigative Photojournalist with National Investigative Report. We are conducting a investigation in the IPOFFREPORT.COM. And when we launch out site the RIPOFFREPORT.COM investigation report will be one of our stories.
The RIPOFFREPORT.COM has a record of bad business acts and posting false so-called complaints. RIPOFFREPORT.COM has a fake group he uses to get money off companies. A lot of the so-called complaints are done by RIPOFFREPORT.COM

Ed Magedson lives at a secret location in Arizona, convinced that some people not only fantasize about killing him but would actually do so if they got the chance. His home – he has moved repeatedly in
recent years — sits fortified behind fences with cameras watching for intruders. He makes special arrangements to dispose of trash lest enemies go through his detritus. He worries that a stray hair could leave behind DNA clues. He records his phone conversations, and if he meets a new person, sometimes hires bodyguards to sit nearby.
Why all the elaborate precautions? Magedson, 61, runs Ripoffreport.com. Depending on your point of view, Magedson either champions consumer rights or callously destroys reputations. His site allows anyone to complain anonymously about any firm or person, and no matter what, Magedson says he will not remove the posting. (There’s a way to get it removed from Google, though.) But he will accept thousands of dollars per case for his corporate advocacy program, in which companies can place content above the offending comments after agreeing to handle customer complaints promptly and making a “a written commitment to providing superior customer satisfaction regarding their products and services.
