Hi Donny,
Thanks for sharing your story. I had the same experience with Online Market 360. It did take me a couple of weeks to realize I was being scammed, since I had also ordered a laptop, received replies to my e-mails, but never received my item. I filed a dispute with Paypal because these scammers refused to issue me a tracking number despite my repeated requests. They told me on 3 separate occasions that my laptop has been shipped and that I would receive it on a certain day.
They told me to cancel my dispute with Paypal and even threatened to cancel my order if I didn’t withdraw my dispute within 24 hours. I, naively, did as told. After cancelling my dispute and waited and waited and waited for my laptop, I did not receive anything.
I called Paypal and explained the situation to them. They were kind enough reopen the dispute, as they were certain these guys were sure scammers. I did eventually get my money back after Paypal asked these scammers for a tracking number but they failed to provide. Long story short, I learned my lesson. And to anyone out there considering buying a “cheap” laptop from Online Market 360, don’t bother.
They are out to scam you — to take your money and run, without delivering any goods. I cannot believe they are still in business.
By the way, it is likely that they operate out of Pakistan or some other foreign country because there is no phone number or address listed on their website. An online check website analysis revealed that over 90% of their traffic originates from Pakistan. Really shady.
-I hate scammers
