Right at Home is looking for a professional finance manager to become part of our team. This person will have a bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of finance experience in small business. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team and will help assist us as we move onto our second decade helping our senior citizen patients and their busy families. Essential Functions of this position:

• Bookkeeping
• Maintain Right at Home Quickbooks
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Input Payroll Numbers
• Bank Account Reconciliation
• Process Private Duty Billing Weekly
• Process bills from Hometrak to Quickbooks
• Create billing statements
• Prepare billing for mailing
• Prepare “first bill” welcome letters
• Monitor late payers
• Process Merchant Account
• Maintain list of all clients paying with credit card
• Process weekly through credit card vendor
• Process all ACH clients
• Collection
• Maintain customer security deposit account
• Maintain a system of monitoring late payers
• Collection calls to family members or clients
• Reporting
• Create and maintain Balance Sheet and Income Statement
• Create monthly reporting with Profit Mastery Ratios
• Maintain financial performance graphs and identify areas of concern
• Customer Service
• Responsively field billing inquiries and bring them to closure
• Monitor patients who go off service and process the automatic return of security deposits
• Administrative Support
• Work with HR manager for financial reporting
• Clerical Duties
• Financial filing

Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Co-Owners/ CEO and COO.
