Scammers reinvent themselves. Today, these hard core career criminals have become affiliate marketers or just plain outright scammers

These affiliate scammers are posting bogus ads promising (nonexistent!) employment, paid research trials, or other compensation, but then notifying repliers that they’ll need to jump through a hoop first, directing job seekers to a host of deplorable tactics as listed below:

There are lots of variations on these scams, but each generally involves dangling (nonexistent!) compensation, easy lazy employment opportunity, sit at home and do nothing i.e. work at home and then directing you to a website where you are asked to sign up for something, use your credit card, or input personal information such as your email address, open a bank account, become a secret shopper, or an award winnings which targets the elderly, worse of all a program that promises you riches……

One need to exercise good judgment when they encounter one of these bogus job opportunity. These scammers are pros…. professionals with army of Attorneys and accomplices i.e. helpers. They do not operate alone. Getting involve or associated with these criminals is getting yourself into a whole lots of headaches. They prey on your weakness of being unemployed and desperate. They are out there in search of vulnerable individuals.

Department of Law and Investigation

So I get a call at work with a message from my boss that an Eric Clark from Department of Law and Investigation has called and that I need to give them a call back immediate.

I called the number and ask for the guy who left the message with my boss and I was told he wasn’t available at the time but Justin…not sure of last name…whom had a middle eastern accent and was very hard to understand…asked if I had an attorney he could contact that was representing me with my financial problems…when I said I didn’t customer I didn’t know i was having them he reply.Oh No well this is a really serious matter your being sued for fraud from a loan u required online of 12 thousand dollars..he then stated he needed to verify some information…asked me if my name was ^&%$$% and if my last four ss# was (*&^ and so on.

When I asked why I was being sued and whom by he said only from a loan i had borrowed. I told him I didn’t borrow a loan only had looked into one he stated well u are going to have to go to court and prove it or u need to pay within two days or u will be sent to jail for fraud.

I told him I wanted to know why I haven’t had any papers served to me legally and he got mad and started yelling…why would we be calling u and making this up. This is a very serious matter.

The scarey part is he knows my bank number and the last 4 digits of my ss# and even had the audacity to leave messages on my phone with that information which i have saved on my phone. I work in a Nursing Home as a CNA and my job could be on the line for something like this considering they are harassing them too. Does anyone know of who i can contact regarding this matter or what i need to do to stop the harassing calls?

I am truly worried about my career here this isn’t a matter to take lightly… this happened on Aug 23 2011.

scamFRAUDalert Mission Statement

Albert Ahdoot Formerly of Net Global Marketing dba Collocation America dba

Colocation America Corporation dba Collocation America dba Colocation America.net dba ColocationUSA a Multacom.com Partner of downtown Los Angeles, California is part of network of organized IT professionals whose BUSINESS PRACTICES are SUSPECT. This group have been identified as having association to the Russian Business Network.

We signed up on 10/29/08 with Mr. Albert Ahdoot aka Albert A. Ahdoot aka Shwan Ahdoot aka Shawn Jacobs aka sjacobs26 aka Michael Trunkett aka Brian Breenspan aka David Stein aka Amy Goldstein former owner of Net Global Marketing now dba Colocation America, Inc dba Colocation America Corporation dba ColocationUSA a reseller of Colocation service and a Multacom Partner or Affiliate. I had no knowledge of Mr. Ahdoot past business practices or who he is. Mr. Ahdoot sounded trustworthy and someone you can do business with.

To my surprised, my hosting experienced has been a total disaster. Mr. Ahdoot service contract is tailor to protect his interest whereby you as a customer have no recourse.

Between January 27 – 30, 2009 we experienced massive DDoS attacks as we normally do. On 01/30/09 Mr. Ahdoot informed me that he had null routed (turned off server that hosted my website – scamFRAUDalert because of the DDoS attacks.

On 2/1/09, I asked Mr. Ahdoot how soon can I expect to have site back up and running. Mr Ahdoot then informed me he had no idea. At this point I requested contract terminated and that I move site to a new host. This is where my nightmare begun.

Mr. Ahdoot requested that I purchased the server he (Colocation America Corporation – http://www.colocationAmerica) leased me. He also requested that I pay for February 2009 service. Upon fulfilling those requests, Mr. Ahdoot requested that I signed a release ‘Stating That I Will Not Bad Mouth’ his company Colocation America.

In my attempts to retrieve my database (DB), I agreed and signed a release indicating that I signed the release under duress or coercion. Mr. Ahdoot then informed me that the ‘RELEASE’ faxed over was not acceptable and I needed to sign one prepared by his Attorney. I refused and my ‘Database’ or ‘Server’ I’ve since purchased have been confiscated.

I believe Multacom.com Corporation should hold their business partners to a higher ethical standards so as to avoid such incidents. Based on my researched of Mr. Ahdoot past business practices, it appears like his version of events involving disputes are always different from what actually happened.
