Career Network aka Apple Staffing aka www.internet-company.com

We at SFA want to acknowledge that Alec Difrawi and his many job postings websites are now admitting that “training is available” for what they are marketing.

We at SFA have insisted that job seekers DESERVE to be told if they were applying for a job or a recruitment for career education.

Job offers as such are nothing more than a marketing ploy or deceptive marketing practices by non other than Mr. Alex Difrawi aka Alec Difrawi aka Ayman A. Difrawy aka Ayman A. El-Difrawi aka Alex Simon dba Three Stars Media dba 3Starsinc dba Three Stars Inc dba Internet Solutions Corporation and his many aliases. Mr. Difrawi goal is to get you to sign up for continuing education. He should say outright what it is he’s peddling.

An Example of What ScamFraudAlert seek from Mr. Difrawi Is Good Business Practices

Defrawi does have a history, a felony fraud conviction for a federal jobs scam in the 1990’s where he took advance fees for non-existence jobs.

You have probably found these people through dummy ads on yahoo jobs – I did, under the name Apple Staffing.

I made the mistake of applying for a Teacher’s Assistant job through Apple Staffing.

If you remember an application process that continuously asked you if you were interested in furthering your education, this is they. They obviously make money from online schools, helping to “give an edge” to “skilled job seekers.”

They operate under many names: Apple Staffing, Career Network, Three Stars Inc, Skilled Job Seekers, Extend Your Careers, The Job Push, Medialogic, etc……

You may be getting emails from “recruiters” from careers@skilledjobseekers.com .

These are most likely dummy recruiters & dummy jobs fishing for additional information (NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR SOCIAL) or attempting to earn a commission selling you online higher edu plans, which seems to be a biggie for them.

I am so upset. I even put names/emails/phones of 3 references. I am too ashamed to tell them.

I am suffering from a spinal injury, and half to prove I am attempting to find work on my disability plan. This job would have been too hard on my back, but I felt pushed to do it just for paperwork purposes, and now I’m in this position.

Are you getting a call from : 678-791-4200 ??

“Jill,” asking for more information (such as your social) for “verification purposes,” for a client who “chooses to remain confidential?”

These are horrible people calling you! The lowest of the low. They are located out of Orlando, Fl.

They called to get more info, even wanting a social….NO!!!

THESE PEOPLE HAVE A RATING OF AN FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF WITH THE BBB.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE LOGGED 58 COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB IN ONE YEAR!

Even under the name Three Stars, Inc (Orlando), they’ve logged 6 complaints just from October.

So, here is the link to Career Network’s BBB Complaints & Report (58 Complaints in all) :

http://www.orlando.bbb.org/newsearch2.asp?ComID=073300030454344

PLEASE, add your report to it. I will add mine today.

There are many people struggling, who are desperate and will give out any information, and who get their hopes up when “Jill” calls, asking for personal info, like a social.

Add your report! Stop them!

And, provide the BBB with any names you know are connected to them, so they can connect the dots!

Good luck!~
Here is the link to their BBB Report:

http://www.orlando.bbb.org/newsearch2.asp?ComID=073300030454344

THEIR RATING IS AN F! AN FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!

THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN ONE YEAR AND HAVE ALREADY LOGGED 57 COMPLAINTS!

They are now operating under the name 3 Stars, Inc., but have also gotten 6 complaints at that name (just since 10/08). As the BBB warns, they operate “under a variety of different names,” and even the BBB doesn’t understand “exactly what they do.”

STAY AWAY!

These idiots are posting all over the job boards under several company names. AMR Technical Group and Innovative Staffing are the latest I have seen. I had went for an “interview” responding to an ad for The Internet Co assuming it was at worst a call center. They held a mass 20 person time share style “interview” with some guy named Dave convincing everyone that working for them was a big party while he tried to sell everyone their education advancement services. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Those people gather TONS of personal info and photos via resumes and “interviews” per week. I’d love to know what they are doing with all of that.

Beware of the Monkey Jar posts for jobs. This is a pyramid scam through Three Stars Media, also. I have seen the job posting on credible jobs sites like Career Builder and Yahoo. I know it a scam because I went to Three Stars in Orlando for and interview and they peddled that site. What a nightmare – Why are they still able to operate?
