Due to continuing success of our company’s online news forum, BuzzGrub is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives. Reps perform a number of daily tasks:
• Represent BuzzGrub by being the point of contact for customers concerned about any number of issues related to the site
• Report complaints/concerns to the proper Content Editor department
• Follow up with customer concerns via email or phone to ensure issues have been resolved
• Preserve BuzzGrub’s reputation as a community provider by maintaining a patient and respectful attitude at all times
• Answer any business questions/inquiries when applicable
• Forward business interests/opportunities/partners to the proper supervisor
• Report to work on time
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred (not required). Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
