Financial Manager Employment Agreement
This Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of __/__/ 2009 by and between
Innoverse, Inc., duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States (hereinafter
referred to as “Employer”) and Full name: _______________________________
(hereinafter referred to as “Employee”), the parties hereto agree as follows:
1-1. Employer has agreed to employ Employee as Financial Manager (FM below) and Employee
accepted such employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
1-2. Employer shall present all necessary documents to United States Office according to the
United States laws and regulations, which should be prepared or submitted by Employer itself.
2. Duties of Employee
2-1. During the term of this Agreement, Employee will perform his/her duties to the best of
his/her ability and will comply with the directions of Employer.
2-2. At all times, during the term of this Agreement, Employee will directly adhere to and obey all the rules and regulations that have been established by Employer for the conduct of Employee.
2-3. Employee is a financial assistant who is responsible for handling financial transactions related strictly to company’s sales. Employee does not carry any responsibilities regarding the quality of the products sold and customer’s satisfaction.
2-4. All products or payments received by Employee from Employer or from Employer’s customers
or partners, are the property of Innoverse, Inc. Even if payments received by Employee from
Employer’s customers was addressed to the Employee name.
2-5. Employer keeps the right to require a full compensation from the Employee in case of
infringement of any of the paragraphs of the present contract or if Employee wrong actions will
affect the Employer’s reputation or will put the financial damage to the Innoverse, Inc. The
Employee should consult and receive the consent from the Chief himself about all actions not
specified in the Job Instructions.
2-6. Employee is responsible to keep track of transfers and their processing several times a day.
Employee must keep the company informed at all times of any transactions occurring in relation to his employment with Innoverse, Inc.
2-7. Persons who will be accepted for the FM position should follow these instructions:
1. Provide Employer with a bank account requisites and full internet access*;
2. Receive payments related to company’s sales to his/her bank account;
3. Send a timely report to our manager;
4. Withdraw cash from bank account following the instructions from our manager;
5. Take 10% commission from the total amount of each transfer (your profit will consist of

90%) to our employees using Western Union, MoneyGram money transfer systems or
bank wire transfer;
7. Send a timely report to our manager including all demanded information regarding

2-8. If Employee refuses to transfer the amounts received to the company’s representatives
he/she will be prosecuted by law. Employee is responsible to answer a few phone calls related to
company’s sales. Employee can be a part of the company and complete tasks necessary from any
city in the USA. Company’s provisions for termination include violations of responsibilities,
inabilities to perform duties, and lack of cooperation. As an employee, is required to notify the
employer if there is any change of circumstances related to working abilities, as well as any
changes in personal information, such as a change of address, phone number, or a last name.
3. Compensations and Other Treatment of Employee
Employer guarantees wages not less than 3000 U.S. dollars per month.
Employee assumes full responsibility for paying taxes. Employer issues a 1099 form at the end of the year.
3-3. Working hours and Paid vacation Employee has free working hours and days. Employee must process payments and respond to email several times a day. Vacation can be decided in consultation with Employer.
4. Terms of Agreement
4-1. The term of this Agreement shall be three (3) full consecutive months commencing from the
date set forth above unless terminated prior to the date of expiration for any of the reasons
4-2. This Agreement can be extended for any period of time, which is agreed on by both parties.
Both parties must also agree on any change or modification of the term and conditions. Extension
must be negotiated no later than 30 days prior to the date of expiration.
5. Dismissals or Voluntary Resignation
5-1. Employer will have the right to dismiss Employee for clear and frequent neglect of duties
under this Agreement, including frequent absences from the place of employment without
approval of Employer, or for manifest inability to perform his/her duties. In case of dismissal,
Employee will be warned of dissatisfaction with performance and will be afforded at least twenty
(20) days notice during which he/she can remedy the situation.
5-2. In the event that Employee is dismissed for any of the reasons set forth in paragraph 5-1
hereinabove or in the event that the Employee voluntarily resigns prior to the completion of this
Agreement, Employer will have no duty and will not be obligated to pay extra salary.
6-1. Any information Employee obtains in the course of his/her duties or otherwise through
Employee’s employment shall be held in the strictest confidence by Employee. Any breach of such confidentiality shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement and render Employee subject to summary dismissal.
6-2. In case not performance of points and treaty provisions and swindle employer is obliged
within 48 hours to send all information about employee and the documentation about financial

7. Other Employment Conditions
