According to my findings, i discovered that he migrated from Cuba a long time ago and he was never with any wife, kids, or relatives. Proceeding with my investigation, i came to realise non of his so called friends knew much about his properties, businesses, and savings.
Till date no one has turn up to claim the deposit, and according to the banking laws here, if such money remains unclaimed for more than 3 years, it will be transfered to the bank treasury account as unclaimed fund, which i am trying to prevent.
My proposal to you now is to accept the position of the deceased’s next of kin who is by law and right eligible to claim this money at the bank.Upon your acceptance of this proposal, i shall get you acquainted with the attorney who will solicit on your behalf and prepare all the necessary documents to back you up for the claim.
Please, do accept my apology if this kind of business preposition violates your moreal values, and i will absolutely appreciate your effort to keep this completely discreet, whatever your decision is, while i await your response.

Bank of Mauritius Issues Scam Alert
The Bank of Mauritius, the central body that governs financial institutions in the island, has alerted banks to be careful in the conduct of their business and the public to be vigilant and exercise care in order not to fall prey to scams, official sources said here.
In a press communiqué, the Bank said that white collar crimes and financial fraud had become quite common in recent years.
“These are constantly evolving and taking many forms such as those relating to wills and legacies, stock market scams, Ponzi Schemes, among others.
The global financial crisis, as the public may be aware, has several and different kinds of ramifications,” one official said.
He indicated that the Bank’s attention had been drawn to the fact that scamsters had been targeting offshore banks through fraudulent use of the accounts of offshore companies which largely use the electronic mode for transfer of funds.
The Bank has set up a hotline to enable the public to report any information which they may have on suspected financial scams.

Career and Benefits
Your main task will be receiving money transactions to any bank account you would like to use for the purposes of this job; and then forwarding these transactions to the next party of the Escrow process according to our instructions. You will benefit from the commissions, which are 5-7% of each transaction and depend on the quantity of the completed transactions and the speed of your work. Besides, you will be paid a basic salary of 1500 GBP per month. For your convenience there will be no paychecks, your commission will remain in your account after every successfully completed transaction. The money transfer fee is not included in your commission, meaning that you will deduct it from the received amount, not from your commission. Also you receive 5-7% of the transaction amount. Normally the amounts that we process vary from 2,000 GBP to 10,000 GBP, but can go higher on special occasions.
Job details
The Escrow agent will be processing approximately 1-2 transactions per week. Each transaction requires approximately 4-5 hours of the agent work. Our manager always calls the agent beforehand to provide all the instructions. Therefore, with the due time management, the agent is able to combine this job with other activities (e.g. primary job or studies).
