Large Marketing firm is seeking an Executive Administrator to support a top level Marketing Executive. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing industry leader and become part of our team.

Responsibilities: Maintaining departmental and corporate agenda, Coordinating Marketing calendar, Managing invoices, phone messages and daily reports, Assembling documentations for/and scheduling meetings, conferences etc.

Requirements: 1-2 years experience in some facet of Marketing is preferred, but not required, General knowledge of Accounting processes and principles, Strong attention to detail, Some MS Office, Excel, Word and power point knowledge, strong organizational and prioritizing skills, Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
