Duties include Answering and directing telephone calls, taking accurate and detailed messages, typing proposals, scheduling appointments, light filing, data entry. must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include processing deposits, invoices, bills, petty cash, and credit card and bank reconciliations. Experience with Quickbooks is required 
• Pays attention to details and can focus on a task until it is utterly complete 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
