We are looking for the right candidate to fill the Assistant Controller position in our West Los Angeles office. The Assistant Controller directly supports the Controller and Accounting Department. Assists with ensuring financial stability by providing top management with key financial information that ultimately impacts business decisions. 

Candidates for this position must have the following experience and attributes: 

• 2-5 years experience in Property Management 
• Experience in subsidized housing and use of Yardi software a plus 
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required. 

Must have a “hands on” approach and the ability to manage and mentor Accounting staff. 

Excellent compensation and benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Life and 401K.
